For your comfort we sign customer Confidentiality Agreements (CDA) and None-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) upon request.

Material Transfer Agreements

In Contract Services, where you send us proprietary material and pharmaceutical proteins of strategic importance for your company, we commonly sign a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA).
