Sample Submission Guidelines

For Protein Analysis

When ready to ship samples for analysis please follow these guidelines:

1. Make sure the project plan and quote specifies the requested analysis
2. Fill out the Sample Submission Form with all relevant information
3. Prepare and ship the samples, including the signed Sample Submission form
