Quality
All our analyses are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using Quality Control samples for each analysis. All services are conducted by trained, experienced personnel, and all orders, samples and results are documented, stored and backed-up in a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Database searches are conducted on updated in-house servers kept behind secure firewalls.

Confidentiality
Our protein service business is our core business and we pride ourselves on building confidence from the outset. Signing a client’s confidentiality agreement is normal practice. Our staff is trained in the confidential aspects of our business and each project is coded.
