In biomarker projects the objective is to identify differentially expressed proteins between diseased and non-diseased organisms, treated and non-treated organisms, or between samples collected over time from the same animal. We have experience with samples from a variety of organisms, including human, mice, and rats, and a variety of samples from serum, body fluids and tissues.
