Quantification of specific proteins and peptides in food and ingredients by LC MS/MS analysis

Alphalyse has developed several LC-MS/MS assays for determining the content of specific proteins and peptides in ingredients and food products. These proteins are often enriched for dietary importance, for example cow milk proteins in infant formulas for babies. Another example is specific bioactive peptides in functional foods and dairy products.

We offer today routine quantification service of two milk-proteins:

Alpha-Lactalbumin
Osteopontin

The analysis can be performed on raw ingredients and final products such as Infant Formula.
