Alphalyse welcomes 3 new protein analysts

March 1 2023

Our team is growing!

Please meet Melissa, Maša, and Christina, our new colleagues.

Melissa Fernard Pedersen holds an MSc in Medicine with Industrial Specialization and will be part of our HCP-ELISA characterization team. She has extensive ELISA experience and has researched biomarker assays for patient treatment.

📺 Melissa has previously lived and worked in London, and she loves binging TV series (but only the good ones).

For her PhD, Maša Babović worked on developing mass spectrometry methods and data analysis for therapeutic protein characterization. At Alphalyse, Masa joins our product characterization team as a principal investigator, focusing on process optimization and method development.

🎵 Maša likes to sing; she actually sang in Danish before moving to Denmark as a member of a Scandinavian choir in Belgrade.

Christina Erika Hagensen joins us as a principal investigator in the gene therapy analytics team, where she will assist our clients with custom-designed protein impurity analysis projects. She has a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology and extensive practical experience with LC-MS/MS and proteomics analysis.

🏸 Christina is a self-proclaimed badminton nerd and has been playing since she was 8!
